[BUG] Can't change my Chips Casino for Bottle Caps

Whenever I change my Chips for Caps / NCR / Legion money, the NPC says the operation was done, but I did not get my money back, and continue with the chips.
Please help me

I try to change my casino chips for money, the NPC says the exchange was made, but I did not get my money, nor the coins come out of my bag
it occurs in several casinos (not yet tested at all)
