I hope so, I'm very picky when it comes to creating/changing my character.

That is a good idea. I'll probably start all clean shaven, maybe a neat mustache and short, well groomed hair.

Then gradually get grizzlier and grizzlier as his time in the wasteland goes on. Make his appearance match his changes in personality.

Its a huge deal for me in RP terms.

If I recall right there were a few places in Fallout 3 where you could get a Haircut.

In New Vegas, you either had to get in good with the Kings, or do Old World Blues early to get access to getting a haircut.

An earlier ability to alter my hair and looks would be appreciated.
