So my computer has half a core (half an engine) 418 MB of ram 160 gig hardrive + another 8gig hardrive set as "Slave" but it has win 2000 (ME) and some other programs so its more liek 3 gigs of space ...

also it doesnt have a graphics card (but it can play "The Sims Original Deluxe Edition" Stronghold Crusador and a bunch other old game sthat came out between 1995-2001

2 ways to tell how many ores you have open task manager and click the performance tab where says CPU usage history under it should be a block if its one really long one you have either half a core or a single core if its split up into two or more block for every block you see thats howm any cores you have now if you only have 1 block there righ click the screen where says "my computer" or "computer" and click properties if it says "processor 3100+ its single and anythign less is half (as far as i understand maybe anything 1k less is half)

Hmmm, that is not a lot of information. A CE 3100 processor runs at 800 mhz, so you should be able to run Morrowind on lowest settings, but having no graphics card is a problem, I had a computer with an integrated card, like you, and Morrowind was always a little jumpy.
You can play it, just don't download any hi-rez textures, and forget about MGE, those are just out of your computer's abilities.
