Can't connect to GFWL : Fallout 3

Hi,

When i start Fallout 3, i can't connect it to my game for windows live account, i play with an xbox 360 controller and click on the home button to access the livebox... nothing... i use the home button on the keyboard, nothing... My brother plays fallout 3 on an other computer and he can connect to live (offline and online). I recently played Resident Evil 5 and i could connect the game to live with the achievements and all...
But i want to use GFWL for precisely unlock the fallout 3 achievements on my LIVE account...

Can you help me please

Computers have both Windows 7, have the latest versions of GFWL and Fallout 3 update...
