Or do I have to wait till crytek unlocks all this stuff with tools/editor etc. I saw some ways to do it with the leak but i wanna do it legally? Thanks :-)

haha, no they won't.

Due to experience and leveling (rank) system.

Yes it svcks, you cant even spec for clan tactics. Thats just another bad point about this game. Not suitable for pro clans.
