Hi Guys,

I have two accounts on here one with DLC one with out, I want the one with DLC gone and my primary one with out the DLC to have it.

I cant purchase it because my original Crysis 2 & gamesas names arent linked properly.

Cry-Adam & Cry-Tom, Crytek hasnt repsonded, EA Games is Pretty much useless, they cant do **** as its all "Crytek"s problem.

Well can we have an official answer on this? or is it too much to ask for Cry-Tom/Cry-Adam/Crytek respond to their loyal customers.

I second this topic as one of my friends has the exact same issue.

BUMP so Crytek can read this. and respond for us lovely PC gamers who made them who they are today even though they stuck a knife in our backs.

Yeah, I know its unrealistic for Crytek to give an answer to a player.

Yeah, remember this huge thread: “I can’t login to Crysis 2 game with my gamesas account”, lots of people are having problems with the account management in this game including myself.

The game will not allow me to link my GameSpy account with the gamesas Beta account and they even have the same user name, just tied to different e-mails which it will not allow me to change.

So with your problem are you saying that you purchased the DLC on the gamesas Beta account, but are unable to play the game with that account? Just sounds confusing because you say that you have two accounts “one with DLC” and the next sentence you say “I can’t purchase it”…

This is my Second account, "NoMansLand" is my primary account. Apparently gamesas & Crysis 2 accounts are linked.. I know WTF?! pretty much it is that if I change my password under gamesas my Crysis 2 account doesnt change. I cant change the account name because "NML0089" has invalid characters..

So I have contact EA Support they stated "Since we are just the publisher, we cant do anything Crytek will be able to respond to this".

Yeah.. Nothing. I purchased the DLC under this account because even though gamesas had my 2 Credit Cards on file the game couldnt find it, and yet when I registered this account I could purchase the DLC, but I dont really want to use this account, I want to use my main account.

I just wish EA would hurry up, Buy out Crytek so we can have some semi-decent support.

Please say more about this "Sync profiles" feature. I can create a new profile in-game, but that profile has no rights to the LE or DLC content. My son wants to play, but I dont love having him use my profile/dude and vice-versa. We wont be playing MP at the same time (I assume CDKEY checks wouldnt allow it anyway).
I dont think it's Cryteks intention that we buy this content twice? Please, how is "sync" supposed to work and where is it? And, shouldnt the DLC and LE content rights go along with one CDKEY, not one profile?

I too have two accounts, I bought the DLC for one account but really need it on my main account... How do I get it on main account... Had to start second account because first one was not recognized by your site.... I love this game even with all its flaws I decided to buy the DLC... Now I just need it to be on my primary brochacho account... How do I fix this???????

Also their is no "Sync" button / option, now UCP wont load for me.
