Every time I try to download that particular version from the Nexus, I get an error. "C:\Users\Graham\AppData\Local\Temp\Streamline_3dot1_Open_Beta-10400.exe could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder."

Since it's not possible to change the download server; are there any mirrors?

Change where you are downloading it to. The error is almost certainly on your end, not theirs.

Believe me I've tried. When I click the file on the Nexus, it goes straight to the download page, and straight on to Firefox download manager. Then it tries to open. I know it's a problem on my end. Hence why I'm not saying "OMG FIX IT!!/1/1one!" I'm just asking for a mirror.

Check the BAIN files by Wrye on TESNexus. There are copies of the SL 3.1 and 3.1 patch files there, in 7z format.

Or you could go into the properties in firefox and change the automatic download location, or tell it to ask you every time.
