Can't Escape Pelagius' Mind : V

I don't know if I did something wrong or not. I was apparently able to solve the fight between the little guys and the dreaming. However, I cleaned out the arena before waking Pelagius up and now nothing else seems to be happening. I do get blasted by something every time I run back and forth from the arena but the most recent conversation topic I get is "No more night terrors, no more paranoia" and Sheo just tells me not to give up yet. What else do I have to do? I tried searching for "mind of madness" on these forums but it seemed to pull up every topic in the world except that..

1st is the arena with the Atronachs fighting, ignore the atronachs and use the Wabbajack on the guards stand next to Pelagius the opposite side

2nd go to where he is sleeping, hit him with the Wabbajack and then hit every aditional creature that appears with the wabbjack

3rd go to the place with the big guy fighting the small guy. use the wabbajack on the big guy to make him small, and on the small guy to make him big

Looks like I misunderstood what I was being given credit with completing. I thought Paranoia was the one with the Confidence and Anger fighting. I didn't fix that fight properly. I finally got Sheo to say 'Well done' so I think I'm good to go. I was driving myself crazy.
