I recently decided to play morrowind again, so I tried downloading some mods I thought I would like. I really like the look of better heads...except for the male dunmer. Is there any way that I can keep the default male dunmer in the game as the player and npcs, but keep better heads for all other races?

You could use TESAME or EE to simply remove all the references of Dunmer heads from the esp. (they would be in the Body Part section, iirc)
