can Fallout games come out any faster?

You should stop harassing COD games they make the most money every year practically selling there "half baked games." There games are fine its the multi which needs worked on. Every year there Single player amazes people and is better.

I hate the whole idea that games that sell a lot are automatically free from criticism.

Hey, you should stop critizing games that sold better than games that you like. You should stop liking them and start liking the games that are rolling in money instead.

That is not a solution. Pouring gas on a car doesn't make it drive faster.

I think a better anology is buying another car.

Why buy another car when you already have one that works? It's not like a car only lasts a year, they last a long time, great anology.

Maybe if you have an old car.
Say an old vet, it's rare, it's one of its kind, it's really beautiful, but since it's old it has a few broken parts, a few things that others don't like nowadays, maybe some rust, some engine problems or whatever.
It need some renovating, some updating.
So you take it to a shop to have them renovate it, fixing that broken radio, make it shine again, maybe put in one or two modern touches like a CD-player or something.
So after a week you go to pick it up.

It turns out that the shop was owned by Xzibit...

Yo ride just got pimp'd!

Well solution is to hire more devs.

ever hear the phrase too many cooks spoil the soup.
its Quality you want sir, not quantity.

look at dragon age 2. it went from an classic rpg to a joke in 1 sequel due to EA trying to push out a sequel a year.

give it time.

Don't mean more devs for one game. I mean more devs to work on 2 games.

I dont think anyone has, i think people are saying that they agree with Bethesda pacing games in a safe manner to insure the "essence" is preserved. All hail Bethesda.

Don't see how the 'essence' of Fallout gameplay as you call it can't be preserved by making multile Fallout games at once, no?

Again with CoD, Black Ops made more sells than MW2 and it was a hit. Doesn't explain what your trying to prove.

Im sure what they are (and I am) trying to say is Sales do not make a good game.
and Lately COD has just been a Generic corridor shooter. its basically Whack-a-mole with guns.
there is no difference between a modern COD game and Quake.
theres nothing wrong with that except Quake did it BETTER
