Ok, so I have tried everything that I have been suggested before, such as moving to a previous save, waiting for awhile and completing quests in case one was necessary, etc. No, there isn't any enemies around, No, I am not overencumbered, and it's kinda ticking me off. All of my rescources are gonna get depleted after just a few trips.. It's bugging me that I need to upgrade my perk from when I had leveled up back from when I first completed the mission, even though I did that already. I don't know what to do. If I don't get anything from anyone soon I might just start a new play through.
