I'm trying to finish the Synth Retention quest and while trying to fast travel I keep getting a message saying I can't fast travel from this location... I've changed my location several times and still it will not allow me to fast travel making the quest basically impossible to finish because I can't fast travel to the institute or anywhere else on the map for that matter... I went to the location on the map where the institute is and there is no way to enter. Please help I've been unable to complete anything because I can't fast travel anywhere..

or is there some other way to enter the institute that I might be unaware of?

You should have built the teleporter at the airport, if you have not, then there is your answer. If you have, then talk to Ingram and tell her to start the teleporter while you stand on it.

i originally built the teleporter before from the first time i went there..however when i go to it i cant do anything...i just did a mission where i had to go back to sugges and get the holo tape to bring back...will it was me to built another teleporter or what?? theres no other way to access the institute??
