So basicly when I try fast traveling in Skyrim my game freezes unless it's a town like Whiterun, and in another save I can't leave Solstheim or else the loading screen freezes just like it does for fast traveling in Skyrim, before this I couldn't launch my game, I fixed that and then I kept getting a disc read error (on a downloaded copy) if I tried loading a save, now I can only fast travel and explore Solstheim, and if I hit New to start a new character it freezes half way through loading. I have deleted everything from Skyrim including all but 6 saves or so (I had a few hundred) I've deleted my auto saves, cleared my system cache, deleted Skyrim more then 3 times, deleted updates and DLC a few times, and restarted my console a bunch.

Please help if you know why this could be happening, also I have tried disabling save on travel, it didn't help.
