No, the Xbox 360 doesn't have a built in screenshot feature.

I take mine with an iPad. This one may as well be a PC screenshot IMO. But who knows, maybe I'm blind?

Pretty penny, but since I haven't gone pc just yet (Will be when something new AND good comes out, like Fallout or Witcher) it's perfect for me since I love taking pictures and making vids for me to watch later. It plugs into your tv and computer, and you can record your game and rewind it as well. Lets you take pics, or vids for youtube or whatever.
