So, I am having trouble figuring out how to download mods. I thought it would be as easy as installing World of Warcraft mods. Anyone able to help me? I thought I would just extract the desired mod into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\oblivion\Data

But it doesn't seem to be working. =(
