Sorry for such a noob question but I'm already level 50 and always disenchant every magical weapon I find in a dungeon but I've noticed I still don't have the "Fortify Heavy Armor" enchantment available. I've google searched and everything but only come up with the potion ingredients which isn't what I want. If anyone knows a quest or anything where at the end you get a weapon that has the "Heavy Armor" enchantment so I can disenchant it that'd be awesome. Thanks!

Buy from trader. If it not there, then keep looking. It's totally random.
My best bet go to Khajiit caravans, usually they have fortify skill armor in them.
