So, I get to the Ultra-Lux and start the quest by talking to Heck. Then I go round and speak to Marjorie and Mortimer and I get all the keys that I need. And, well, I do everything, but when I finally get down to the kitchens, I can't find Phillipe anywhere to convince him to leave. I haven't freed Ted yet, and I still have the option to go nab St Clair as the replacement. Any help? Ideas?
