After completing the final quest of college of winterhold, Phinis no longer show up. I searched online and seems like it's a bug. But I need to buy conjuration spells from somebody lol, and there's no other mage in skyrim selling conjuration spells (weird design). I'm considering using console command to recreate him or something, but I don't know how. Can any one please help Thanks!

If you're 100% sure that he is gone then I cannot help ya there man. Though, I have trouble constantly finding him, I swear that bastard knows when I want to buy some spells and walks through a door everytime I enter one ...

lol I just found him... this bastard got stuck between the opened college gate and the wall....

guess what I'm not gonna rescue him.. he'll have to stay there forever so I can find him every time
