Can't find platinum dog tag frame : Crysis

So I did buy limited edition now 4-5 months ago and just recently learned about this unique platinum dog tag frame. I went into my dog tag section but can't seem to find that option anywhere nor can't toggle it any way possible. Can someone help me?
