My speed should be 30, but in the menu it shows a red 10. This is definitely not from a drain attribute effect, and the effect is not listed in my active effects list. I checked my statistics, and it says I've contracted 0 diseases so far. With all this info, I've concluded that my speed is damaged. However, praying at altars/wayshrines and casting a restore speed spell have no effect. Anyone else experience something like this?
