I can't get Dragonborn open in Ck

Everytime I try to open Dragonborn it gives me http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/7789/assert.jpg. And what ever I'll answer to it the Creation Kit crashes. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?

You have to add DLC BSAs to you SkyrimEditor.ini's sResourceArchiveList2 or they won't pop since they're multilingual/localized.
