Alittle while ago I was getting tons of micro tearring in skyrim so i tryed some anti-lag fix with the d9dlg file i also turn off my iPresentInterval in skyrimpref.ini and all was good untill my arrows started hanging in the air and sound would lag hard real annoying stuff so I go rid of the anti-lag fix turn iPresentInterval=1 and it didn't work i was getting frames around 180fps which makes the game unplayable so I uninstalled my game cleared the game files in steam apps and inmy documents/my games/skyrim folder re-installed the game no mods clean install,started a new game and the wagons are flying up in the air because the frames are 180FPS

I checked iPresentInterval in skyrimpref.ini in mydocument/my game/skyrim and it's set to default 1 I'm not trying to force any vsync though CCC (and i have tryed with no sucsess) I dont know why the ingame vsync won't resume and I'm at a loss what to do because a FPS limiter will work but i get arrow time and sound lag and it's ruining game play like the dam flying wagons.


anyhelp would be welcomed because I'm at the end of my rope with this crap.
