Can't get married even with Amulet of Mara : V

So I've got the amulet, and I wear it, and I've talked to the guy in the temple about marriage, but I'm still not getting any prompts in dialogue pertaining to marriage. What else am I missing?

I think some NPC's are bugged...

I tried it on Lydia and no new chat options came up,so I went on the wikia and apparently Lydia is bugged and you cant marry her right now.

Maybe the guy your trying to marry is bugged too?

It bothered me alot till I found Senna and Muiri.....ohh yeah

Where are those two people? I too tried Lydia, and it didn't work. But I also tried Ysolda and had no luck.

Yep.

They'll get a new chat option,it'll be in white font instead of being greyed out.
