Hi, I downloaded the game shortly after its release and bought lunch boxes and progressed pretty far into the game. I had to restore my phone. I don't have any access to the Apple ID I used for it. Is Ther any way I can get my vault back?

This is the right forum however your saved game is only stored on your device unless you backed it up somehow as described in various posts but for ios it's a bit harder then on android devices unless you jailbroke your ios device.

Unless you have paid for something in game you will need to use their refund contact for it otherwise the saved file is up to you to maintain.

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.

Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
