Can't get out of Dimhollow Crypt : V

I am trying to lead Seranna to her home however when I get up to the gate where I can in leave in Dimhollow Crypt, it is locked. I unlocked it when I came in but now when I try to leave the gate is closed and locked.
My Clairvoyance shows me as this is the way out but stuck here.

Is this a bug?

Your trying to get out the way that you came in? I'm reading that right? I didn't backtrack. Their is another doorway.

After you get Serana out and kill the Gargoyles, the door out is to the right of were the gargoyles were. Use a torch or light spell it makes it alot easier to see. Up some step's and through an arch. You will have to fight some Dragr ( I think they are lvl dependant ) I had an Overlord. Light your torch again and you should be able to find the way out.

Their may be another surprise their also.

Edit: I was tired when I finished that so I may be remembering a little wrong.
