I have been spending hours trying to leave the institute to a point where i'm going to have to kill Father. I complete the mission "Institutionalized", I've loaded the network scanner on the terminal, and on my Pip-Boy, i've talked to Father, i've even done the mission "Outside the Wire" and got the doctor to join the Brotherhood again, and I still can't get out. Also, to make things worse, I can't find a save from where I got to the institute. Also, everytime I try to load the network scanner, I just says, "internal network detected". I think this might be a glitch or bug. I don't know what else to do, so if anyone could help me find a way, I would truly appreciate that.

Have you talked to all the main scientists? Also, go back to father again. Someone is supposed to give you a device that works with your pip boy, that allows you to teleport out using fast travel. Also when u fast travel make sure you are in the main room

Yes, I have talked with all the main scientists, multiple times. When I talk to father, he only talks about the synth Shaun, the "Institutionalized" quest stops when I use the Network Scanner Holotype, it won't direct me anywhere else.

You must be in the central part of The Institute to fast travel, you can not travel from the department wings.

I tried that right now and it still says fast travel is not available.
