Hi all, hope some knows the answer to this.
I gave both Gob (in mortiarties bar) and Micky (outside megaton) enclave power armor. Now I found a better use for it and am trying to get it back. I am giving them talon combat armor with higher dr then the enclave power armor they now have on. Neither one will use it though. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Once they have power armor will they not go back to a diff armor even though it's higher dr?

Easier it would be just to *gasp* kill Enclave troopers for their armor.

I am still early in the story. They are few and far between.

have you tried waiting 3 in game days? thats the time npc's items and merchants items tend to respawn. So waiting 3 days might reset them to use the new armour you gave them.

I have not waited 3 days. I have entered and exited megaton. However the enter/exit works instantly if I give them higher dr power armor.

There is a way to get your power armor back.
I never much liked beggars or ghouls anyway.

Go way north and west. You'll find Enclave Troopers there. At a little unimportant place called Raven Rock.

I cant believe you gave away Enclave Power Armor!! Isn't giving away issued Enclave Equipment a crime?
