I have a Nokia Lumia 900 and I found the app on the microsoft store but it says I can't get it for my phone because, "...Your phone software needs to be updated, the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your region."

My phone software is up to date and I'm in California so I don't know what's going on. This svcks because I have a pip-boy edition coming on Tueday and I'd really like to get this working.

Does anyone have a fix or a solution or am I just SOL on this?

Aren't those Windows phones? Don't think it's out for them yet, or if it'll even be available.

I only asked cause my buddy has it on his Windows phone somehow. Either he got it early or I'm over reacting over nothing. I just thought it was weird it was on the store page with the option to get it.

When all else fails...turn it off and on again. Worth a shot anyway.

I got it as soon as it showed up on the Windows app store for my Lumia 1020, and it works fine. Have you tried downloading it while on WiFi? I've had occasional issues downloading apps over the cell connection.

If you haven't yet, try doing a hard restart (hold down power and volume down until the phone vibrates), then try to download it again. Hope you get it figured out.

Gave the hard restart a try as well as the WiFi connection. Looks like it's not working. I'm starting to think I'm just gonna be out of luck on this one.

I have it working in my phone (M8 W/WM10) it needs a gb of ram to run.

I don't know for sure but I think it's because my phone is Windows 7.8 and can't upgrade to 8. Looks like I'll be putting a V.A.T.S. picture in the screen space and playing pretend. Thanks for y'all who tried to help.

"Windows Phone 7.x support ended as of 14 October 2014" The bad thing about technology.. Every slight advancement gives them a reason to force you to buy a new product. "Buy our new phone.. It's a nanometer thinner than our old phone!" .. "We'll stop supporting the much larger phones in 10 seconds!"

Welp, it's the day of and looks like no solution for running the app on my phone. I'll just cap some Pip-Boy screens and play pretend. Happy hunting everyone!

I have a sync problem with the iOS version
can't get the pip boy app to sync tried it on a iPhone 6 and an iPad 3 with no luck I made sure the toggle in the game was on and quit and restarted several times the PC and iOS devices are on the same wifi network is there anything else I can try! The app works fine in demo mode but that's not very useful.

Anything else I can try?

The pip boy clock that came with fallout 3 died after about 3 months so I have a iPhone 4s that is nut sitting in a drawer full of obsolete tech that I thought I could mod into it in place of the clock bit if I can't get the app to sync there is no reason to attack what might be a collect able some day.

have you windows folks been able to make it work though? My 1520 runs the app fine but it will never connect to the game.

Nope doesn't run with my stuff at all. Sad really, but you can't win all the time.
