i am specifically asking about the black hand robe and hood, or if there is something almost identical to it in morrowind? Can i get it through the oblivion construction set and put it into morrowind?

You cannot take resources from one game and put them in to another, it's illegal. However there are mods with robes if that's what you're interested in.

thanks!!!! looks coool.....i'm planning on using the graphics extender because i saw how it almost brings the graphics to oblivions level......would it upgrade the robe as well???? like graphically? i'm guesiing not....

it won't make the meshes any nicer or the textures any crisper, but it'll generally make everything look better

MGE Combined with INI tweaks and mods, is way better than oblivion.
