Do you expect help without providing full system information?

I seen some 1 with the same problem and I seen how they fixed it but I cant find the right files to delete and yes ik this has nothing to do with the dxdiag report but they deleted the ini files and verified the game integrity and that seemed t fix the problem and its not just my fallout 4 its all my Bethesda games that r on my pc

Okay then...

Delete any ini file on those two folders:

C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

...and verify your game cache files.

Post a dxdiag report, please.

Use the Search box or Run... box, type: cmd and press Enter.

In the command prompt, type:

dxdiag /t dxdiag.txt
and press Enter.

Now go to the %userprofile% directory (C:\User\), find the dxdiag.txt file. Open the file. Select All. Copy and Paste its contents here in a reply. Use the spoiler tags, by either using the following:
[spoiler] dxdiag text [/spoiler]
or by clicking the icon (Special BBCode) next to Font menu, and selecting 'spoiler'.
