my long blade is 89 and my character is suddenly unable to hit enemies, every swing is a miss.

I don't have any debuffs either so i know it is nothing to do with that.

Any suggestions on what is causing this? i tried turning my long blade to 300 using the console to see if it was a bug but all swings were successful when i did that, when i set it back to 89 every swing starts missing again.
