Can I install other DLC later on Ultimate Edition?

I bought the ultimate edition with all DLC, if I just install the weapon packs, can I install the other DLC later just like someone could do with the regular one?

I never played the DLC and want to make sure I don't go into any of them until I am ready.

I wouldn't worry about that, a warning comes up asking if you're sure you want to continue if you come across DLC stuff

I guess it should work like any other DLC and can be added anytime. Nice to have a conformation, but I will assume.

The DLC's add a quest for each showing where the start of them are, so you know right off where to avoid until you want to start them.

You dont need to install them, i believe it is already installed, you get a quest marker on your pip-boy for each DLC.

On the PC at least, yes you can.

Remove the *.NAM files from your New Vegas Data directory.

The NAM files are what force New Vegas to auto-load content. Removing them lets you manualy select which bits of DLC content you want activated.

After removing the NAM files, go to Data Files from the game loading screen and select the content you want just like you do with fan made mods.
