Is there some reason the game won't let me give her 500 gold coins to run her business better? I looked up Markarth and Ghorza is not even listed as a Markarth citizen.

When I try to invest ( and I have enough gold ) the only dialogue available is 'on second thought I change my mind.' If there is a certain requirement, which I don't think should matter in this case, then I have already...
Or is it something as simple as a missing dialogue that has never been addressed and will be fixed later?
