I checked the Can You Run It site, and previously it has been wrong. It says im passing with flying colors but I don't really believe it. To give an idea, my computer can run Oblivion well on medium. Anyways, here are my specs for the laptop. Thanks.

As for my GPU, graphics card, its horrendous and the reason I can barely game. AMD M880G Radeon HD 4200 320B adapter RAM (I knew shiet about computers when I bought it, I regret it).
I want to play it on the PC but I can also get it for the PS3. So, can I run it? Thanks for any input.

It should, you might have to tweak the settings some. Alot, maybe.
