So I seem to have this problem that only comes up when I am exploring in the more dense parts of the Boston ruins, but the game almost always crashes every time I try to leave a building and re-enter the Commonwealth.

Please tell me I'm not the only one having this problem, it is making the game unplayable.

Some locations that I am unable to exit without a load screen crash are Hubris Comics, Goodneighbor, and Mass Fusion Building

I am playing via digital copy (installed on external hard drive) on Xbox One.

I have also been having the same issue on xbox one.
