After I've entered Markarth and try to leave through the gate the game get stuck at the loading screen. This happens every once in awhile at other locations too, but then I solve it by restarting Skyrim and trying again. This time it's permanent. I've tried disabling mods, trying with earlier saves, nothing helps. It doesn't seem to be mod related.

Edit: Fast traveling doesn't work either.

I disabled every single mod except "Alternate Start - Live Another Life" (cause I'm not suffering through the main prologue just to to test entering/leaving Markarth) and started a new game and still the problem persists!

There can only be 3 possible causes now.

1. One of the newer mods have corrupted some main game file.

2. The latest Steam update [censored] it up.

3. God is evil!

I think it must be number 2 that caused it. I deleted the whole data folder and copied my previous backed up data folder into the main Skyrim folder that was working and resored previous backed up load order files, but the problem still persists.

Nothing left to do but a complete re-install. If that doesn't help I'm done with Steam software for good!
