So i noob rushed through the game on hardcoe and when I started a new character the game refuses to let me level up. I've heard that deleting all your save files fixes it but I haven't had a confirmation of that yet. Anyone find a fix?

Deleting all the saves work for me.

I can confirm this works. Delete all saves (counting auto save)
