OK, so for whatever reason, Trollf's loading screens wasn't working right for Darkui Darn, so I deleted the esps. Then I reinstalled Darkui Darn, redid Archive Invalidation, redid BOSS and redid my Bashed Patch. Now, I can't load a new game or any current saved files

Also, i tried again today, and some of the quest starts from mods came up after i hit new game, while i was still on the main menu, but when it loaded, it crashed.

Did you replace the loading screens back with the original ones? I'm wondering if your game is crashing because there are no loading screens anymore.

The original loading screens are packed in BSAs. Of course, there are still loading screens installed. Why did you redo archive invalidation? You should just have OBMM's BSA redirection turned on and forget about it. Reinstalling DarN sounds like it should have been the fix.

I use BSA Alteration, and when i reinstalled Darkui Darn, it didn't make a differance, the loading screens work, but it crashes as soon as the bar moves at all.

I don't See any mention of you REediting the INI for the Fonts. IF the fonts are Wrong or not updated it will Either Sit at loading Screen Forever OR crash instantly....just a thought.

Should be deactivated and not merged as you're using an overhaul (plus needs the correct tags - BOSS will sort it out)

Other than that, think camaro is onto something with the fonts. When installing Darn it gives you a loading screen install option to make the text smaller

Try moving you oblivion.ini so make game create a new one.

I have added the notice about editing fonts. Thank you. That is definitely a sure way to have serious problems running Oblivion.

Well, before i got to read your most recent replies, i decided to follow 50 steps to a CTD free install, but this info is really helpful, thanks a ton though guys!
