I'm the same as alot of people on the forum in that I can't log in through the game but I can log in to the gamesas site.

I would have thought that this is exactly the type of issue that would be ironed out/sorted BEFORE the game was launched! I've bought this for my pc as it looks fantastic but I also want to try the MP but I can't do this right now - like everyone else it seems!

I take it that when we can eventually log in using our details in game, then we will be able to unlock the Limited Edition code?

I've tried a lot of things to get this game to work and All i get is this error message "An error has occurred. Please check network connectivity"

Still can't login, haven't seen a single bit of multi-player because of this issue, nor can I register any of my keys.

i ofcourse got the same thing. my account works on the website. yet doesnt work ingame. my limited edition content is registered to gamesas.com and since i cant login ingame, i can't use it. i made an account ingame but ofcourse it doesnt have the LE content. although i can play online. two seperate email were used. please fix this so i can use on this gamesas account.

clearly this issue has been forgotten about, no new news about this for almost 2 weeks, the fact that many people haven't even been able to touch multilayer since the game was released is just pathetic Crytek, you should feel ashamed and embarrassed.

Where are we on fixing this? We're all just sitting in the dark anxiously waiting for ANY information. Whether it be good or bad news, I would appreciate an update.

I get this about 50% of the time I try and play mp and I can't understand why it works then doesn't; and no mention of the error in the game log so not sure how to resolve this.

I cannot log into the game with my main account, you know, the one where i redeemed my LE code? Also my gamesas name on that account is my email and I DO NOT WANT THAT! I CONTACTED YOU PEOPLE ABOUT THIS ISSUE MANY TIMES AND NOTHING! I DO NOT WANT MY EMAIL TO BE DISPLAYED TO EVERYONE! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE. lol, this is what the 3rd weekend of this being broken. If the dev team could communicate some the technical of what's not working perhaps we'd be more understanding. A simple "we know it's broken" just doesn't cut it for me. What is broken? Why? What can be done to fix it? Can a work around be patched in temporarily? Can we help? At this point the game has failed and will be issuing my reviews all over the web, including Gamestop, of less then 4 stars because of this; shame really as I'd rather give my opinion on a complete game. The game truly is remarkable though and to see it destroyed by such simplistic issues is saddening. Back to Starcraft 2...

the serial code bug svcks! but in a weird way i can play MP only around 11pm hong kong time. but still WTF is this!! fix it!!

FINALLY I CAN LOG IN - Workaround

For me, that I couldn't play MP since mp demo with my gamesas account (log in data no correct), this worked:

1.- Enter the code/serial.
2.- Create a new account from the game (IN GAME): Different username (important) | same password | same e-mail.
3.- Play multiplayer.

Notes:
1.- Now you have two accounts in gamesas.com (I advise to use here the first account)
2.- I only see messages in the first gamesas account (I don't know why) where you received another welcome massage from gamesas.com after create the second account with the different username.
3.- I tried to log in to multiplayer using the original and first username from the first account and it doesn't work.

Hope that it helps some PC-gamers-forever there!!

Yes. EA/Crytek/GameSpy? Please get it together.

EA support has been polite enough and escalated my ticket to level 3, but support really can't do anything about it. They'll simply send me an email when the database team earns its keep.
The database teams at Crytek, EA, and GameSpy have to get together on this and fix it.

Thanks to this issue, I have a three accounts. One works with Crysis, but not properly with the gamesas site and not at all with the forum. One works with Crysis 2 and the gamesas site/forum.
The final one, the one I want to use, only works with EA/GameSpy account. Unfortunately, I registered my LE download code (before I realized there was an issue with the servers). The same EA/GameSpy account also used to work with Crysis. It seems, though, that the Crysis 2 beta account protocol? and the introduction of the gamesas beta site/protocol screwed that up.

Too many databases. Too many protocols. Now, too many (workaround/alternative) usernames.
Sigh...

I'm also unable to login in Crysis 2. But I was also unable to log into THIS account as well until I removed my cookies and such with CCleaner. But now as well I was unable to change password because it says that It's the wrong password, even though I used the same one when I logged in here.

I used my pre-order code on this account as well.

Yeah so i bought Crysis 2 today and now i've spent hours trying to get on to mp which seems impossible.
Tried everything on forums etc but get nothing out from it.
