When i start the game and then, it requires gamesas account login to continue. And i typed my username and password, it's said " Incorrect login details, please retry. For account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through gamesas." WTF... But it has SKIP button ( : ) )i press it and when I tried to play multiplayer through main menu in button "multiplayer". I press it and then ! it requires the same account login. I try to type the same login info and then it said like my first time T_T

Maximum problem Somebady help! Because of this problem, I could not play the demo version. I bought a licensed game, and faced with the fact that too can not go into multiplayer. Need help

bought this on release only just got round to installing

on login, in game, it says no internet connection - yet, here I am!!!
Have disabled all firewall and antivirus software, have even tried bypassing router by plugging straight to the wall (at University thus no modem)

Was wondering if the connection uses UDP traffic, which is unfortunately blocked by my uni???
Could Crytek also release all ports that crysis 2 uses for router settings????

I know this is unrelated to this thread, but this is the game I have been most excited about since CoD MW2, I was wondering if Crytek could make GamePanel support for Logitech's G19 gaming keyboard?????

have tried adding specific rules for crysis 2 to both zonealarm and windows firewalls - no luck
have tried logging out of, and exiting both steam and EA download manager - no luck

i have a problem aswell, in the demo i needed to change Nickname cause some one used the one i normal play with, and now i cant remember that weird name, and i brought the limited edition, on gamesas u can only reset your password, not name, so its a problem and i cant create a new account since my email is in use on that demo

I have the same problem. It svcks. I have disabled my firewall completely, I obviously have a connection, and no one at Crytek has addressed this problem even though it appears that a lot of people experience it. Simply terrible.

as its now well over a month since this problem was raised and there has been no response from the developers other than a comment "this is a known issue we are working on it" i believe that I will be contacting consumer affairs as this game has failed to meet the advertised aspects of the game. in my view the lack of response, comment, information or progress is unacceptable. no one seems to care or be prepared to comment which is very dissapointing given the quality of the single player. i am sure that most of us want to play mulitplayer with our friends, this is why i purchased the game. its impossible to get through directly to anyone that might issue a refund so it would appear outside pressure is needed. what a shame............

Yeah, it's about a month passed when they first released this game. And i cant login to multiplayer with "THIS" (gamesas) account. I am still waiting for something to FIX it !!! becuz, I want to use this username on multiplayer and I want them to stabilized the Login problems before I use other account to join multi.. Cuz it says in game-manual that THE SERIAL CODE CAN BE USED ONCE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFER !!!....

I also use Windows 7 and have the problem. Maybe it's the firewall of Win7, which blocks the multiplayer. But I tried to turn my firewall off. Nothing has changed..

Guys im using win7 but it works just fine. Check if you have added crysis 2 for the exclusion list on your firewall cheers

If I've had an Imperium like EA or Crysis, I would care much more about my costoumers.
