What i find even more **** up is the fact that I can't make a new account. I tried in game using a completely new email address not linked to anything game related and it tells me it can't make me a new account. WTF????

The worst part about it is Crytek say's nothing. Nothing at all. They see this thread and they act like it doesn't exist. Just disgracefull.

i changed my name and now i can log in

I just went and changed my password. Then it let me log right into the game. >.> I dunno if it'll help everyone but it fixed my issue instantly.

sorry, I just created new account to acces mutiplayer, new nick is: evolution999

I have also same problem, I've played without any problems, then my HDD failed .. So I did reset the password I can log on gamesas2, but not in the game .. my position in game is: 30.

I played on this f*** long time and now is everything lost..
Who will ensure that this does not happen again?

When you say account name do you mean your nickname? Because when I try to do that it tells me duplicate name and some sort of mysql database error.

This is the exact issue I've been having for a month now along with a ton of other people here and Crytek doesn't say a dam word to help us.

Ok so this makes the 4th time I have changed my nickname and I still can't login in the game. It lets me change the nuckname here but that has no effect on the in game login. WTF?

I'm not kidding nor exaggerating when I say this but this has single handedily been the worst support for a game I have ever owned. In that the developers have caused such a huge mess where there are people who can't log in to the game to play the MP at all and they have done or said nothing to help us. Not even say hey we know there's a problem, nothing. I've been gaming on the PC since 1993 and never have I not been able to login to a game for a month or more.
