I'm having the same issue. It's saying the I have bad username/password. I've changed and confirmed a password change twice on the site here, but still cannot get the game to recognize the fact that I have an account.

I'm also stumped what to do with the LE key that I was given. I bought the game on STEAM if that makes a difference.

I have an issue. Why is Space not allowed when you try to log in, but in the forum you can register with a space in your username? More of a ritorical question....
But anyway, what should one do? Just use a different email and make a new registration? Could renaming my user name here. with no space. do the trick?

I'm having the reverse issue. I can play the game with my Crysis/EA account name. But I'm not able to log into the forum or retrieve my bonus content because I can't log into the website with those user names.

I almost get the feeling there is someone in the Crytech ranksabotagingng user accounts.

Same problem here.. I even changed my password and removed all special characters as some game login's don't like them but it's still a no go.

Found a half-ass fix

Create a new account with a new email address. I've tested it so far and it works and I was able to redeem my limited edition code as well.

Yeah I don't know why this happened, but it seems that when people made their original account when the demo was released, the servers did not save the information correctly. This is my only good guess.

Either Way this does work. So for those who can't wait for Crytex or EA fix their stupid login issue should just make a new account with a new email address. This really svcks....oh well....

Yeah ok, create a new email account and what not, no thx, I already entered my LE code in gamesas account, I want to play with the stuff that I preordered.

Is anyone working on this? Besides the forum moderator telling us "we're working on it". Can't they just check case by case or something?

Right, so this is still happening from the beta. Still can't login, but at least it's giving me a "incorrect account information" message now. I can login to the website fine, so I'm guessing the info is in fact correct.

Also having a different thing where I try to change my password for the gamesas account through the website, and it says it's updated, but the old password is still the one in effect. Prolly just the servers getting hammered.

Another thing. If you have a Space in-between your name Like: Hobo Joe instead of HoboJoe. The login Will not let you put your space in. I activated my Limited content on this account. And I cant even try to login.

This happened ALL THROUGHOUT the demo!!! What the hell has Crytek been doing since then??? This is UNACCEPTABLE for a $60 product.

I'm having the same exact issue, but with one exception. I created my account when Crysis (1) released. This, along with the majority of you having beta registration, suggests that all/some accounts created prior to the full release are experiencing this problem. I don't believe a patch for the client is necessary, but rather simply carrying over "old" accounts over to their new account registry. I could be wrong, however. Perhaps the campaign will last until our accounts are working properly.

Just tested something:

Back when the demo was out I tried my gamesas account - it didnt work. So I made a new one in-game. I just tried that one, and wow. It works.

Im guessing this is an issue with the registry not being transferred, as -Vip3r-Torque- said.

This problem persisted throughout the multiplayer demo and they ignored it; are we really suprised its still happening at retail? I'll be getting my copy on Friday and no doubt they still won't have fixed it by then either. From start to finish I wasn't able to login to the multiplayer demo and even sent them a support request which I never got a reply.

My gamesas account didnt allow me to login the multiplayer demo; so most likely I'll not be able to login to the full game upon receipt either.
