Wow. My account just stopped working.

WTF? Maybe they are fixing it?

It worked for the last 3 days. Got to level 22 and ranked #200 or something.

And this **** is still not fixed... Awesome....

What was the point of demo? THIS bug is not a new one. It was here since the begining of the demo. Oh.. god I seriously regret buying this game. Probably last EA product I will ever buy again. Thanks for wasting my LE's 2nd day.

I think the only way to fix this problem is by resetting all accounts and unifying the database to just one server.
the problem with that is, people who have been playing and ranking up would lose all their progress.

but then again I admit this is still pure speculation on my part, as we are not getting allot of feedback regarding this problems from Crytek.

I get the same problem as when the servers were overloaded during the demo period. I get stuck on "Logging in" screen. I bought the game retail for pc.

because with mine (the first) when I open the page of the forum or the EDIT PROFILE it's like I'm logged in and if I click on SIGN IN and I insert email and password I don't notice any errors but It's just if I did nothing!
well...but It's not ended! because obviously I cannot play my multiplayer because I do not have my username!
On the site when I am logged in my username it's my email!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but if I write it in the game like a username the letters of my email are too much and I cannot write all my email
I don't think that my username is like my email...I am sure of that...because it's too long
but the great problem is that I cannot edit my profile and write on this forum with my account, and so I cannot discover my username!! (and if I ask the mail for a new password they doesn't write my username on the mail!
What I have to do??? I had to use a new account to write here, but I have the serial key with other account....

the reason you guys are unable to login, is because you are using characters such as (! - , . ")
so the solution is to change your password on the gamesas site to one that doesn't include these characters and this should solve the problem

It seems when you reset your password gamesas also "forget" your username and now your usernames IS your email. I have the same problem...
When I post in this forum I see my emailaddress instead of a normal username besides my avatar :/

yes excuse me....but I have to tell you:
what are you saying??? my password includes (in the other account) just 3 numbers and 5 letters!
and why they can write on the forum but not loggin' in in the game??? well, I think you hypothesis it's not exact

for example my problem is that I can see all pages on the site except FORUMS (all the section) and EDIT PROFILE because it seems like I am never logged in!!! and also if I try to sign in directly from the section it doesn't notice ANYTHING!!
Now I'm writing with another account but another strange thing is that for this site my username is my email address but it is too long for the game to be write as a username...infact ifI try to write it I cannot add " .it"
in a mail address like "a*****.****o@hotmail.it"
but with this account (which I'm writing) I have no problem...but -I want and I have to- play with my originary account!

Блин понадеялся поиграть в игру самым первым, а фиг там, самым последним буду через месяц другой судя по масштабам проблем. Ещё прикол, решил ресетнуть пароль на своей учётке так мне новую создали на тоже мыло. хана базе.
Ещё немного и от тех поддержки я буду просто требовать новый бонус ключ.... А все ранее созданные учётки тут в расход.

I have the exact same issue, I made this account because my other 2 I stupidly made via the website (I created this one through the games account creation, seems to work perfectly) but as I cannot delete my other 2 accounts because clicking edit profile, to get to delete account, tells me I'm not signed in (Clearly, I am) I cannot and I'm not going to link my serial number to a random email just for this game.
I typed a whole essay on the support page about this, took me, well, too much of my time, went to send it and the button didn't work....
They should just delete everyones account and get us to remake through the games create account and just reset all the serial numbers people have used.
It's not like people have advanced in the multiplayer that much, seeing as it hasn't been out long.

Do we even get Feedback from them ?

I solved the problem by playing with this account which I'm writing....but I associated my Crysis 2 serial at 2 different accounts and mail addresses!
One (the one that doesn't "fit" with gamesas.com) with EA DM, and another one that I associated in the game for playing multiplayer
I would like to have my money back....I wouldn't ask that....but I think that the minimum is to give me back money!

in my opinion the easiest way is to create a new account in the game and not via gamesas.com. as many people stated here there might be a problem with multiple databases... so new account with new username and new email and just hope that crytek will fix this soon. better than not being able to play at all

My accout isn't an email and my password doesn't have symbols like "@°#" ecc...it have noly some letters and some numbers, but when i try to log in, it says that the name is invalid and that i need min 3 letters (D-I-M-R-I-K-Y=3 letters?) lol...

i can ensure you that numbers and signs havent got anything to do with the login problem.
you see my name,and i got the same problem.
its clearly something with the database.
and slowly i cant imagine no more that it gets fixed.because if you realy just wanna play,so you can within 5 min by creating a new account.

Just make a brand new account with new email, worked right away for me.
