I can't login to Crysis 2 game with my gamesas.com accou

Still can't login via in-game or to redeem code. No response from multiple support requests.

I tired to wait. I deleted old acc (but site shows i am still logged on) and created new with same email through the game. I redeemed code on site and it works in game (i have 4-blocks code but game asks 5-block code. I just added "-XXXX" to the end).

This is absolutely fantastic. 77 pages worth of posts and seemingly no interest from the devs. That's quite alright though. I have pulled this game from the shelves in my store, including the console versions. I have also advised anyone that is looking to purchase it not to do so, and to check out these lovely forums to see what they're buying. It might not make a difference to you if I can log in or not, but it sure as hell is going to hit your bottom line now that a 100 million dollar box has pulled your product.

If you'd read through, you'd actually notice they posted a few times in here.

They've posted 4 or 5 times I think and each time it just says they are looking into it. It's frustrating for sure but hopefully they'll get this resolved soon.

It's still weekend no devs and no community manager would work on saturday/sunday at least here in the german hq of crytek.

Thursday was a bad idea for a game-release. -.-"
The first chance to receive some word/solution from this guys would be tomorrow.

For myself I'm going to go watch Navy CIS on Sat1.

I'm getting on the horn to trading standards; this is utterly ridiculous. I think weeks and weeks of this problem during the demo and also 5 days of paid retail is long enough.. Whatever benefits the Limited Edition headstart could have given me is gone..

This thread is called "I can't login to Crysis 2 game with my gamesas.com account", but the opposite is also true "I can't login to gamesas.com game with my Crysis 2 account...

It almost seems unfixable - because now we have a person1 that "own" username1 on gamesas.com and a person2 that "own" username1 on ingame Crysis 2.

The only way to fix this imho is to copy all userdetails from ingame database and overwrite the gamesas.com database, else all stats and redeemed preorder will be lost since this MUST be tied to the ingame account.

Terrible. Terrible.

I can log in on my pc, but I dont get a choice on the ps3.
It only says "Join gamesas.com" nothing about log in. I created a account during the Multiplayer Demo, dont know why it hasnt been moved over to the game

I just deleted my old account that wouldn't work in game and then I tried to remake that same name only use the ingame interface to do it with thinking this might actually work. Well I was wrong all it did was forever prevent me from making that account again because it says it's still in use even though I just deleted the freaken thing. Also this delete account option wasn't available just a day or so ago so they must be updating their site. They don't even know how to do that either apparently so I'm left with an account that I don't really want which is tied to someones email I don't even know because I created a fake one in the demo. This needs to be fixed immediately or else I will file a dispute with the credit card company.

As far as i know tomorrow there will be a patch. I don′t know how they want to fix that problem but I think they will. And, i can understand them, if I was a staff i wouldn′t work on sundays....they also got family..
And so the only thing I can say is that everyone should calm down a bit and wait till tomorrow, then we′ll see what the specialists can do with all those problems.

it's not numbers in the nicknames that screw with the login. it's the simple fact, that crytek has no access to the accounts from gamespy.
and since gamespy and IGN have merged some time back, it's a three-way fustercluck.

happy solving this . . .

though i hope they will. i'm really sick of banana-software in the AAA gaming segment.
