Same problem here, only letters and digits in username and password. Logging into mycrisis.com works fine, hope we get a fix soon

This is MkGrave.

So today when I got home I figured since I spent $60+ (which is TWO full tank of gas) I might as well try to log on. So this is what happen, my other username "MkGrave" was still unable to make it the log in process for MP. So I decided to make this one, IN the Cysis2 game. Which surprisingly worked. However, the sudden urge of sanctification was stomped out when every time I join ANY SERVER for a game. whether be a small 4/16 or a 15/16 even a 0/16 I would Occasionally get a "SERIAL CODE ALREADY IN USE" when in the rare occasion that I can make it past that I get a "Connection Host time OUT" OR wait while no one joins me in a room all by my lonesome. So, I decided to break the Crysis 2 Disc in half. Nail it onto my wall, for a permanent reminder to never buy any game produced by Crytek. Insult to injuries are people I know who Pirated this game with a not so great gaming rig can play it online.

Come on Folks of Crytek!

if - after so many promises - the final version still is not bugfree, you should at least be able to set priorities with the bugfixes here!

Auto-Aim off...blablabla... a lot of people paid for this game and still can′t go online for MP!

That should be number one priority!

I will give the game back - if this problem is not fixed until friday!

..and i guess i am not the only one that will make the road to seven million copies sold a long one!

I wasn't able to login with the demo or on opening day, but since then I login at login at least was working (connecting to a session was a different story). Now I'm back to the "ATTENTION: An error has occurred. Please check your network connectivity" I get the message immediately, but I haven't installed any software or made any configuration changes since I last played (which was at 5am this morning, haha).

Are they able to selectively disable login for certain regions/logins? This is very disappointing and frustrating.

I can't loggin to the demo either, with my gamespy or cysis account, won't be buying this on second thought. Not the greatest first impression, why would I fork out cash for a full game when they can't get a simple demo functional. LOL


Seemed whenever EA gets involved, quality goes down the ****. never buying an EA product again.

Same **** problem. Worst 60 dollars i ever spent. You guys really shouldnt **** release a game without it being fully developed, otherwise flaming ensues. Anyways I need an admin or customer support rep to contact me because apparently your **** is so overflooded with hate mail right now that i cant even send you guys an email pretty much stating how much you svck and that i want my money back...so...yeah...get on that. you guys might wanna read your own policy/terms of agreement etc etc.

guys just letting you know if you want to wait for crytek to fix, thats all you.... but if you want your money back call 866-543-5435 for EA cust service and let them know!!! they were very polite and apologized and issued a refund for my money!!!

DELETE Current gamesas account WITH BONUSES EMBEDDED ON THEM.

CREATE new account IN GAME WITH SAME EMAIL as DELETED ACCOUNT.

LOGIN IN-GAME - you STILL RETAIN BONUSES.

Didn't work for me either. I tried deleting my account, but I can't set up a new one because the site says that my **** email address is already in use. Then I successfully updated my password on ea.com, but that user name and password doesn't work in the game or on gamesas.

Yet, for some reason I can still login and post here using whatever password my pc remembers.

This is seriously ****. And single player causes my seriously overclocked i-7 860 and HD5870 to choke. I can't play more than 2 minutes without it hanging for 30 seconds. It's probably merciful that I can't play mp. [rant=off]

This is the same issue I'm having. I was able to log on it long enough to redeem my LE code, and subsequently can't use it. I contacted EA last night about transferring my Limited Edition code to a new account (that works), but unfortunately they cannot transfer codes.

I presume you guys are working on a remedy for this? I want to play multiplayer, but I'm unable to do so because of this problem.

This is ridiculous. I can't believe the same login problem from the demo still exists. I also love how it's still confusing, like does it use gamesas or gamespy or both? My name and email are the same on both sites yet neither work. At least I didn't use my LE code yet but I don't want to use a different name or email when I do.
