Nearly no game launch comes without some nasty bugs, cmon crytek guys, fix those bugs!

i think it's not bug it's the thing thats the server is **** a bit...laggs to much cause of the massive traffic!

Log in issues are not caused by traffic.
Account systems are all messed up

It's strange... I tried to delete my account. It didn't work.
But now I can't log to account through website, despite I can't log to account in-game.
I guess this function has not finished yet.
I'm glad early.

I had the same problem and could fix it! The problem was my Avira Antivir Firewall (on mode "high") ... after I had disabled the firewall the login has worked fine!

Still the same here - and creating a new account or something else is not an option - i already redeemed the code of the limited edition.
Well....probably my fault as I thougt "when I am able to log in to gamesas.com....then it will work in the game as well"

I just found out theres a new "delete account" button in account settings
Not gonna try it before i get some more info for fixing this issue tho

This would be a useful function if... my game account wasn't still caught in some weird limbo. My problem I think extends from the fact that I have an account that has the exact same nickname as this, but another e-mail address.

If someone can confirm that if I delete this account here (this is the one that does not work in the game) will I then be able to login to gamesas using the e-mail address from the account that works in-game and upgrade it to a proper gamesas.com account?

Ridiculous log in mess.. I am just glad I have not bought this pile of ****.

I'ts the same problem as i had in the demo...very p1553d 0ff

just called the EA support...talked with (was a guy) him almost half an hour. All he said again and again was "Cryteks fault. I dont know wtf they're doing either. Cryteks fault. I cant help you. Cryteks fault. We're working on it." ......so yea.....he also said that this is a known issue but the retail is out for just two days now so i should be patient...I told him that there's this issue since the demo (March 1st) and why the **** they cant fix it in 25 days?! ...No answer on this one...argh!! <.<

Can anyone confirm that deleting and re-making account will fix this?

This svcks. I got the LE Crysis 2 in the mail 2 days ago, said "I'll play the multiplayer later," played some of the campaign, come back trying to connect to the multiplayer, and I'm all like..

Guys do NOT try the delete account function, its INCREDIBLY buggy.
I just had the tough "what the heck" and tried the delete account out.
I deleted my buggy old account i couldnt log in to game with and the new one i created to same e-mail adress.
Then i went back to game and tried to re-create my old account and kept saying my username is in use, well then i re-created my other account wich succeeded ingame.
After this i decided to come back to gamesas.com and log in with my account and guess what, i does not regodnize the name anymore and apparently i can create the same account again and again without having any error message of the nickname or email already being used.

Well when i tried to create account in gamesas.com it says both my nickname and email adresses are in use.

i think i just broke the broken even more :l

edit: and oh i forgot the best part, this is the my old buggy account i deleted first and i cant log to it anymore either.
You wonder how im posting with this then? I was able to get inside the account trough my cookies :S

There is completely no logic in the account system of gamesas, accounts are linked between multiple interfaces and things get realy messed up when one place has differend data than the other one

I just heard the best joke ever. Right so this company makes a game, huge success many fans etc.... then they **** IT UP COMPLETELY.

On a serious note, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the fact we seem to be getting no actual support from crytek. These login issues have been around since the first day of the demo. Many people have not played the demo and will not buy the game because of it. The media is taking this and laughing as crytek are losing wholesale consumer support. I am looking into how to get my money back, I didn't buy my car and the back wheels didn't work. I have never bought a game with such anticipation only to be let down so much.
