I can't login to Crysis 2 game with my gamesas.com accoun : Crysis

Same here, except I am getting "An error has occured. Please check your network connectivity."

This happens INSTANTLY when i click login - like it doesnt even check. Low and behold, my internet is working great - program has been allowed through firewall / antivirus. Same issue with the demo - i deleted it after I got frustrated thinking it was just a demo issue. Bought the game today - still cant login.

Also - my limited edition content is apparently assigned now to my current user name...so if i create another one i will probably lose that. What BS. Fix this now this is unacceptable.

they should have tested this one 1st.... they should have solve this problem already coz of beta... i didnt buy this game to play single player i bought it coz of the multi player

I don't know why it hasn't been fixed. Crytek is incapable of releasing games properly I suppose. The really frustrating thing is that I have heard absolutely nothing from Crytek about this.

Fixed issue mine was cuz I am nub and didnt use NICKNAME I used email then pass its NICKNAME then pass hopefully most of you like me and made honest mistake

what about those of us with gamesas accounts that dont have a nickname? I dont even remember when I created this account . But obviously it didn't have a nickname or if it did it no longer knows what it is.

See my email to the left ....(where a nick would normally be! .... there for the world and every web crawler app to see) .... and that's just plain stupid. Talk about a spam threat.

And to top that off ... there is no way in the profile manager to set up a nickname.

Pretty pissed.

How is it that I bought this game, tried logging in with THIS account (Chicken001, as nickname) and I CAN'T LOG IN.

It clearly says to manage an account from this site.. Can anyone from Crytek respond!?

There's been discussions back and forth as to who holds the authority over accounts. gamesas, Gamespy, and IGN are all mention and no one.. not a single person from Crytek or EA has identified who.

In my case, I don't even understand why they tell you to create a gamesas account if the gamesas account isn't actually what you log in with.

The problem is that there are people who can log in with gamesas account.

What I wish I would have been told was: Not to use my LE code in gamesas account, seeing as I can't access it.

It's funny.. I'm sitting here playing other things on a game's release day. Don't get me wrong, I can still get access to the singleplayer, but it feels incomplete.

Yeah this is ridiculous. I made this second account because my first one that I remembered the e-mail and PW for doesn't have a Nickname, just displays my e-mail here instead and is useless to log into the game with.

WTF crytek. Not to mention the flickering lighting effects and horrendous motion blur ghosting I'm seeing.

Going back to finish my F.E.A.R. playthrough so I can remember what a real PC game is like.

Simple fix, restart your PC. Seems ridiculous, but it did the trick for me.

Same problem here.....how are these accounts associated with gamespy? When the demo came out i could not login with my common username, it said email or user name already registered. So i made a new account through gamesas which isnt the one i have hear....i should have redeemed my promotional code through my other account....or who knows if that would even work.

What self respecting developer/gamer uses Gamespy anymore? Please fix this issue Crytek, if this has been going since beta then it is just pure negligence on your part.
