You have to log in using a Gamespy account.

WTH that is, I don't know. But all I know is that my bonus stuff is now stuck on that stupid account with a name i DID NOT want to use. As your log in and your game name are the same thing, I'm SOL.

Phaaaaa.. >:(

Hey guys, I was just able to login, but Instead of putting my full email, I only put my "kemc2k6" as the user name, don't put the addition @youremail and it might just work. BTW Is not a gamespy account that I have, I signed up here when beta came out.

I don't have a gamespy account. I tried the nick with out the @email.com part and EVERY nick I might have EVER used and still no go. Now I am very glad I have not purchased the game. Wow this is just bad for these guys.

And, I am not so glad that in general have bought this game not only that have deceived with Promo code in limited edition so the problems with our accounts yet do not want to correct ;(
Could explain on points what there should be our actions at existing accounts to rectify THEIR error with our input in multiplayer.
The administration will suffice to sleep, solve a problem.
For, what I have paid????

i cant login to get my preorder bonus i got gamesas.com/limitededition i login with dirtdawg then i have to login by email and it say wrong user or pw wtf?
+ i cant play before 24.3.11 ffs i allready got the game so let me play FFS!!!

I don't know.. part of me thinks that not even EA/Gamespy/IGN know WTF they're doing. For some reason the IGN account listed as FreyarH was created on March 1st, when I never went to IGN to CREATE one.

You have to log in using a Gamespy account.

I've verified all three suspected accounts, and Gamespy's details don't work.

Simple fix, restart your PC. Seems ridiculous, but it did the trick for me.

It'd be nice if it were that simple, but no it isn't.

Same problem here I can not login using my gamesas account.Worked fine for me in the demo but not in the full release.For a $60 game this one has way to many issues out of the gate.

Hey guys, I had the same problem after buying the game today. I am actually very disappointed of the lacking features. What it does have, is good, but what it lacks, is just awful.

To fix the login problem and / or code redeem problem do the following:
This does not involve changing your email or creating your account.
1. Go to gamesas.com
2. Change your password
3. Open the game and re-login...it works!

Let's hope we get another update soon, I want my DX11 and limited edition content!!!

To fix the login problem and / or code redeem problem do the following:
This does not involve changing your email or creating your account.
1. Go to gamesas.com
2. Change your password
3. Open the game and re-login...it works!

Let's hope we get another update soon, I want my DX11 and limited edition content!!!

I've verified that and it doesn't work. I spent all of yesterday doing that on gamesas along with Gamespy and IGN which consistently failed to show any improvement.

Unfortunately, many of us have tried that already. If that fixes this for some of you, then great! At least some people are finding some success. Not the case for most posting in this thread, however.

If any of you are wondering why there hasn't been a response, then check page one of this topic. There has been a response.
Ok, we'll look into this.

Granted, this only informs us that someone is aware of the issue. However, I'm curious as to how high of a priority it is on their, undoubtedly, large list of things to fix/improve. It is a huge inconvenience, and even infuriating for some, but I'm certain it will be resolved. It's just a question of when.

I did this yesterday and again today with no luck. I've tried a number of different passwords both with and without special character but still nothing...

Relogin with what? I don't even know what my "NICK" is. I've already reset the password and tried all my possible nicks I can think of and my email address. Just wasted 2gb of usage for this **** demo now I can't even play it? Pathetic Crytek. PA-THETIC.

Nice ! It is now working For Me !

I bought the game from Steam. What I did was = Change password from gamesas account + Verify Game file folder. (one of the file was corrupted )

Dont know if its the password change or the repair but people should try it !

Sorry to say, this crap doesnt work with me either. Great singleplayer game though. Next time they should be more carefull, this seriously pissed a lot of people off, including me. MP doesnt work, demo didnt work, CD keys are invalid if you got the game only like 1 day earlier, just stupid. I had all these problems too, very lame. Thats the only reason to own a console, and the demo didnt even work on there on my behalf. So this was very poorly done, I hope they apologize for this and give us free stuff like DLC's and stuff. The least they could do. GEEZ!
