I can't login to Crysis 2 game with my gamesas.com accoun : Crysis

Bought the game yesterday and I get this error message. Seriously Crytek stop whinging about the people pirating the flapping game and fix it for those that paid for it.

Glad I'm not the only one having the problem. I did get it to work one time, but I couldn't switch over to the 360 controller to play around with it online, so I restarted the game. Now it says check my internet connection again.

If they don't hurry up and fix this problem, no one will care about getting Crysis 3, because they couldn't get online to enjoy the multiplayer of this one. They'll all be playing Battlefield 3 or Call of Duty 3 online. Love Activision's online or not, at least it works, unlike this game.

nope, still doesn't work for me

and i made this new account with a new email and it still doesn't work

i reformated my HD with win 7 ultimate x64 and reinstalled c2 and it still doesn't work

i can now safely confirm that the problem is not on my end; **** FIX it, crytek

Just changed my nickname here & changed it in the game to match & it let me login for the first time.

I had a number in my nick before & this site said i had an invalid character in my nick so it maybe something to do with that.

Guys!!!!! I cant BELIEVE it!It had been soooooo easy! The game is blocked by antivirus programme!! when I disabled it, I could login and play multiplayer!(I couldn't play the multiplayer for 2 months and there is no way to patch this problem)

(Note: I had to create this account specifically to post this issue. I was just onto EA support for 1.5 hours with no luck)

After not having played the game in a while, I find I cannot log into either gamesas.com or to the game itself using my existing account.

When I try to reset the password using my email address, I'm told it doesn't exist.

However, when I try to create a new account using my email address, I'm told it _does_ exist!

I contacted EA support, who put me through 1.5 hours of waiting for Tier 2 support and questions before saying that it was a known issue.

According to this thread, it's been a known issue for 4 months! This is completely unacceptable.
