Hey, nothing new here. Can't play the multiplayer component cuz I can't login via the game. The gamesas website login works fine tho. Had the same problem w/ the beta as well.

Come on Crytek, your gonna have to do better than this.

I am having a similar issue. I can log in on this site fine. I use the same log in, in the game. But it asks for my serial number every time.
Also when trying to redeem my LE code it attempts to process it but it says I have to log in to view the page.... when I am already logged in!!! wtf is going on?!?!?!!?!?

So I tried logging in today and it works! Still has some major bugs though, largest being that it won't remember which weapons I've purchased (leaves the greyed out) but I don't have any weapon credits.

Also, hackers. Lot's of hackers. There was one guy in the air the whole time!

EDIT: I just relaunched crysis and all the progress I've made the last time it was running has been launched. I went up from level 6 to 8 but now it's back down to 6

EA guy told me Crytek is working on a new patch for loggin issue. But for real? Ppl have login issue since the demo and it's like 40 days from demo already. Is Crytek seriously full of sh*t?

Haven't experienced it. Try opening all your ports just for testing if you're still having those issue while all ports are opened. My guess is Crysis2 system has a way to check for connectivity. Maybe you set your router's firewall too restrictive?

Does there happen to be an ETA on resolving this issue? As a lot of people have said (and I for one being a victim of this), have had this problem since the beta. This is starting to make the release of Black Ops look like a smooth release.

Keep trying to find some updates from the "Cry-Lads" but nothing new.

Please give your customers an ETA on the situation.

Got the same problem, and I think it has something to do with the connection of the gamesas/gamespy databases. My guess is, that the account creation system of gamesas doesn't check the existence of the alias at gamespy's, and when we try to log in it may expect the gamespy password (of an account which doesn't belong to us).

Just give 'em some time. And think about another username, just in case.

I also had login issues since the demo. I couldn't log in with _AMM_ in the game tho it worked on the Website with just the same pw. Couldn't create another account with the same mail adress so i just used my secondary mail adress to create a new account without the special characters in the name (because the error message suggests i have invalid characters). That worked just fine and now i use the new account without any problems.

This account system is a joke. I'd rather use GFWL, lol.

Primarily about deleting accounts, but the message seems clear -- support for these logon issues, other than LE code retrieval, is probably going to be a joke forever.

I have confirmed a fix for those people receives similar message upon signing in to Crysis2 multiplayer:

""Incorrect log in details, please retry. for account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through gamesas"

If you received a message similar above please do the following steps:

1. Click the "Create Account" button bellow the in-game "Multiplayer" sig-in dialog.
2. Create a new nick name.
3. Create a new password ( or you can use your old password ).
4. Use your current email. I repeat, use your working email the same email that you used when you registered in gamesas.com website.
5. Login with your new account/ nick name. ( You should be able to notice that your old account's stats and achievements will be carried over on your new account/nick-name )
